SA Lockdown: Police clamp down on non-compliance on the roads


JOHANNESBURG – Police, the army, and in some cases private security, are enforcing the lockdown.

Authorities have warned they are not tolerating flimsy excuses for being on the road.

Several people have been arrested since Friday for breaking the rules.

1885 people are infected and nine have died across the country.
