    JOHANNESBURG – The South African National Defence Force (SANDF) has laid charges against the suppliers of ration packs for military personnel.

    This after it was discovered that the meals had expired.

    The packs were given to soldiers deployed for the lockdown.

    Troops found that stickers with new expiry dates were placed over the original dates.

    A case has been opened with the military police and a team has been appointed to investigate.
