JOHANNESBURG – The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) will march to Eskom’s Megawatt Park in Johannesburg against load-shedding and the privatisation of the power utility.
The march comes just a day after Soweto residents marched against Eskom, demanding a flat rate of R150 for electricity.
They are also demanding the power utility scrap their historic debt of R18-billion.
On Monday, the African Transformation Movement (ATM) said it will join the EFF march.
The march is scheduled to start at 9am in Sandton.
