City Power has been hit by a virus which has led to a black out to its IT systems.
The virus has attacked our database and other software’s, impacting most of our applications and networks.
This has affected our customers’ ability to vend, which is buying electricity, upload invoices, or access our website. It may also affect our response to some outages as the system to order and dispatch material is affected. City Power IT team has been working since early morning 1:00 am to fix this problem.
We are hoping to have a solution later today. As customers cannot access City Power website they are urged to alternatively use www.citypower.mobi to log calls.
We apologise to the customers for the inconvenience this is causing to them.
